Marconi Clay Target Club offers expert advice on the safe handling of firearms and if you’re looking to purchase a firearm for your chosen sport we can also be of assistance to help you understand the differences in particular guns and guide you in the most suitable gun for you!

Membership Types & Options

NB. Membership does not include targets or ammunition which are available for purchase at the range.

We offer many membership options for our customers, including:

​

• Full Membership:   This membership offers social and competition clay target shooting at all Australian Clay Target Association (ACTA) clubs. This is a popular option for the serious firearm aficionado. We also include magazine subscriptions to Clay Target Shooting News, a free record book to write down  your scores and all levies (ACTA, state, and zone). 

• New Start Membership:   New members can take advantage of this one-year membership. Here, you can shoot competitively but at limited locations.

​

• Partner Membership:   If your spouse or partner subscribes to a full membership, you start your own at a discounted price.

​

• Junior Membership:   If you or your child are between 12 and 17 years old, our junior membership is the best option. The junior membership includes everything you get with a full membership but is limited to ages mentioned above.

• Veteran Membership:   Members over 65 years old can apply for our veteran membership—it includes the same options as a full membership.

​

• Concession / Loyalty Membership:   Our loyal customers who spent 30 or more continuous years with us will receive a discounted full membership.

​

• Social Member:   New members who want to shoot socially (non-competitively) at the home club should apply for this membership option.

 

Every membership includes free coaching from friendly, expert staff. They are here to teach you about safe firearm practices on our shooting range in Sydney and during our firearm safety licencing courses (for A and B category firearms).

We encourage a welcoming atmosphere. You can enjoy our experts' company and indulge in our fully catered clubhouse.
